Why Is Adding a Chatbot to a Website So Important?
The vast majority of potential customers visiting your website will close the page if they can't get an answer when they want to ask a question. A chatbot is like a 24/7 assistant that greets these visitors, instantly answers their questions, and collects contact information on your behalf.
Step 1: Register for 1Click Chat
Go to 1click.chat and create a free trial account. Selecting your business type (restaurant, hotel, healthcare, e-commerce, etc.) during registration allows the system to offer you custom templates. No credit card required.
Step 2: Configure Your Chatbot
After logging into your user panel, complete these basic settings:
- Business Information: Name, description, working hours, address and contact.
- Knowledge Base: FAQs, product/service list, policies.
- Chatbot Personality: Bot name, welcome message and tone (formal/friendly).
- Visual Settings: Color, logo and widget position (bottom right, bottom left).
Step 3: Copy the Widget Code

Step 4: Paste the Code into Your Website

Step 5: Test and Go Live
